Reconnective healing and Reiki are a safe hands-on method of natural healing that activate, balance, and increase the life force within us by using our natural ability to take in positive energies that restore the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Reiki and reconnective healing are both powerful and gentle. It is a safe, non-invasive form of hands-on healing. They are used to relieve pain, strengthen the immune system, rebalance the functioning of the organs, eliminate toxins from the body, calm the mind and emotions, aid in concentration, help in the grieving process, and generally accelerate the body’s healing process.
Access Bars are 32 points on your head that, when gently touched, effortlessly and easily release the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations that stop you from creating a life you love. During an Access Bars session, a clinician gently touches these points to release the limiting thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and emotions that correspond to the specific bar being activated.
